Tuition can be paid by cash or check. It is collected monthly at the first lesson of the month. Tuition for the Introductory Program is collected at the start of the program.

Missed lessons cannot be refunded. Students must provide a 24-hour (preferably 72-hour) notice in order to receive a make-up lesson for illness or any scheduling conflict. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will not receive a make-up lesson. Make-up lessons are generally scheduled in the following 1-2 weeks.

Lessons will begin and end on time. If a student shows up late to the lesson, the lesson will nonetheless end at the scheduled time, as there will be other students following.
